I Am You

My life is no different than yours. I look like you. I do what I'm told. I work so I can earn money so I can live comfortably. My house looks like yours. My car looks like yours. My stuff is the same as your stuff.

I live near an espresso bar, a Best Buy, an Applebee's, a Wal-Mart, just like you.

The framework of my life, my goals, projects, and achievements, is probably the same as yours. Most Americans have the same framework. Our details make us unique-just like everyone else.

Details: wife, kids, pets, blah, blah, blah

If you have ever felt like one of the ants, you see my perspective. You may enjoy the ant's life because it is organized, stable, and safe. You may despise it for the same reasons. Either way, you are still the ant living the ant's life.

Regrettably, so am I. My framework is the same, but my details are starting to bend the frame. I'd like to twist your frame up a little by providing a view of the anthill that you may have missed in your VisaConocoTargetGMHomeDepotSearsStarbucks Card world.

Go ahead . . . twist my frame. I think it's time for America to wake-the-f-bomb-up! Complacency is our worst enemy. Television and other media are two big factors that divert our attention to unimportant stuff so that important stuff (drastic changes in our way of life)can be snuck in. Our government wants us to be diverted--it makes it easier for them to "lead" us . . .
